(3 day)

Participate in a robotic mission to Mars and help NASA scientists unravel the mysteries of the red planet and prepare it for the habitation

Rocketry
(3 day)

Work as a team to construct and launch a water rocket system, test the rocket engine like real NASA engineers and accomplish missions to send mankind to outer space.

Near Space Investigation
(4 day)

Participate as one large team of engineers to successfully put together design, develop and launch a scientific payload up to 100,000 feet in the atmosphere

Robotics & Rocketry
(5 day)

A week long experience combining the challenges of Robotics and Rocketry with focus on enhanced learning, and an out of the world adventure.

Lunch with an Astronaut

An impressive roster of astronauts appear, including Al Worden, Bob Springer, Bruce Melnick, Charlie Walker, Jon McBride, Wendy Lawrence and Winston Scott.

Space Trek participants take part in one of the most popular programs at Kennedy Space Center, ‘Lunch With an Astronaut’. It gives students and teachers alike a one-of-a-kind experience to meet a veteran member of NASA’s Astronaut Corps while enjoying a delicious meal.


Space Shuttle Atlantis Exhibit

Space Shuttle Atlantis showcases the priceless, historic spacecraft that tells the incredible story of NASA’s 30-year Space Shuttle Program. Space Shuttle Atlantis is displayed as only spacewalking astronauts have seen her before — rotated 43.21 degrees with payload doors open and its Canadarm (robotic arm) extended, as it has just undocked from the International Space Station.

Go behind the scenes at Kennedy Space Center (KSC), America’s gateway to space for more than 50 years. The KSC Up-Close Explore Tour takes you beyond the regular KSC Bus Tour and makes several stops where you can capture once-in-a lifetime photo opportunities

From your tour bus, see many of KSC’s most historically significant buildings, including NASA’s KSC Headquarters; the new headquarters building now under construction; the newly renamed Neil Armstrong Operations & Checkout Building where astronaut crews spent the final days before their flights; and the International Space Station Processing Facility, where components of the ISS were built before being ferried into space.
